If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

b. Incorrect order
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and proof of the discrepancy. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.


2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Change of mind – We do not offer refunds for purchases made in error or if you change your mind. Please review the product description, size, and specifications before placing your order.

  • Custom or personalized orders – Due to the nature of these items, all custom-made and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.


3. How to Start a Return

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos showing the problem (if applicable)

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm if your order is eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–14 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us.
