At AIchemic Canvas, we are committed to delivering your art safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. We partner with Printful, a trusted global printing and fulfillment service, to ensure every order meets our high standards for quality and speed.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing time may vary depending on product type, size, and availability.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed and a shipping confirmation email when it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, destination, and chosen shipping method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Estimated Transit Times (after processing):

  • United States (Standard): 3–5 business days

  • United States (Express): 1–3 business days (extra fee applies)

  • International: Delivery times vary by location and may take 7–21+ business days.

3. International Orders & Customs

  • We ship to select international destinations.

  • Customs, duties, and import taxes are not included in the product or shipping cost. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are determined by your country’s customs office.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before placing your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package using the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at ai.chemic.creations0211@gmail.com.

  • We will coordinate with the shipping carrier and Printful to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Please report damage within 14 days of receiving your order, including photos of the packaging and product.

6. Shipping Delays

  • AIchemic Canvas is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Carrier issues

    • Customs clearance

    • Weather disruptions

    • Other circumstances beyond our control
